Product Name:  Pro-Wall plasterboard and spray skim plaster, primer, sealer surfacer, finish coat
Description:  Pro-Wall has been designed to prime, seal & surface new Plasterboard (Drywall), and to protect spray applied projection Skim plasters. Pro-Wall ensures that the surface of the Drywall will be uniform. The porosity of the substrate will be Equalised for a uniform finish. Can be left as a topcoat if required. However If tinted to the same colour as the specified topcoat only a mist coat of the specified topcoat will be required.

Specification

Preparation:  For spraying over taped & jointed plasterboard as a finish: ensure the plasterboard has been taped & jointed to a level finish. (3 box) Fill any imperfections. Sand to a smooth finish, remove all surface dust. Mask and protect areas not to be sprayed.

For application over spray skim, plaster & concrete: ensure all areas are sanded flat, fill any imperfections, remove all surface dust, mask and protect areas not to be sprayed.
Application:  Do not dilute. Product is ready for application by airless spray.

Apply Pro-Wall onto substrate.

Use Airless Spray with tip size .015 to .019 with 12 inch fan

Apply Pro-Wall in a cross hatch method. 1st pass vertically

2nd pass horizontally for uniform coverage.
Completion:  Clean machine and equipment with warm water, clean area ready for re-occupation. Pro-Wall can be left as finish coat on ceilings & walls but can be overcoated if required.
