Level-6 one-coat skimming, levelling and tinting

Get the best results in a third of the time and improve your productivity and profit margins.

The perfect coating system for commercial new build or refurbishment.

Wherever there is a large amount of plasterboard to paint Level-6 will help you finish the job on time and within budget. With Level-6 there will be at least one less coat to apply throughout the project, saving both time and money. Uniformity and flashing problems will become a thing of the past. Less snagging means more profit and better customer relations.

DIN 53778 Adhesion Test

In the DIN 53778 Adhesion Test, Level-6 outperformed every water-based interior wall coating on the market including eggshell, all vinyl silks & matts and even the best known, so-called hard-finish coatings. In each case, one coat of Level-6 was more durable than the typical specification.

Level-6 is washable. Finger prints and snag marks can be wiped off instead of being recoated.

A level-5 finish is the top specification for finished drywall. Not any more.

We would like to take you to the next level, and introduce you to the Level-6 coating system.

A two-man team can quite easily spray and finish 500m2 of walls and ceilings in one shift.

Why wait for up to ten days to finish the job, when Level-6 will do it in one?

Before you can paint plaster, it has to "go off". Using standard methods, this can take up to ten days. Level-6 can be tinted to your desired finish colour and, even if you apply it un-tinted, it can be painted the following day. This equates to massive time savings.

Drywall (Plasterboard) is typically painted with three layers: One of primer and two coats of paint. Depending on the level of finish specified, a skim coat of plaster may also be required.

Level-6 has been developed to be used in conjunction with taping and jointing. It is a self-priming, self -leveling finish coat which contains a light skim coat. It is designed to be applied directly onto new plasterboard and plaster.

It can be tinted to any colour and will provide you with a perfect uniform finish in one application.

Example
On a new build project with 10,000m2 of ceilings and walls, savings could equate to 60% in labour and materials, compared with a typical 3 layer application. Time on site could be reduced to a third.

Level-6 can be applied by brush, roller or airless spray, with the best results achieved by spray application. A standard airless spray machine can be used.

It can even be used to undercoat all the skirting, window and door frames prior to top coats being applied. Once again removing another application and again saving money and time

Benefits of Level-6 include:
  • Huge cost and time savings
  • Self priming
  • Hard wearing, scrubbable
  • Fast application times
  • No mess, no disruption
  • One coat application
  • Available in all colours
  • Waterbased, environmental product
From a wall that has been taped & jointed to a level finish, a two-man team can quite easily spray and finish around 500m2 of walls and ceilings in one shift. You will not need to prime, skim or top-coat. A single application of Level-6 in your chosen colour will be sufficient to provide a perfect finish.

By using Level-6 you will ensure your projects are completed on time and within budget.

Pro-Wall Drywall Sealer/Surfacer

Technical Data & Specification

Pro-Wall is a primer-surfacer coating which equalises a drywall substrate so that the taped and the bare surfaces will be uniform and will absorb the topcoat at the same rate. The taped Joint lines will then not show through or flash. If you have the primer surfacer tinted to the same colour that the finished wall is going to be, then the client will only need to pay for one topcoat instead of two or three. It therefore saves you time and money.

Pro-Wall has been developed to prime, seal and surface new Plasterboard (Drywall), and to protect spray applied projection skim plasters.

Pro-Wall ensures that the surface of the drywall will be uniform. and that the porosity of the substrate will be equalised for a uniform finish.

Can be left as a topcoat if required. If tinted to the same colour as the specified topcoat only a mist coat of the specified topcoat will be required.
